WLK MEDICAL CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

They were listed sa mga clinic na may HMO and I already got a LOG Form. But when I physically went to their clinic, the receptionist said that their HMO system is down. She was not even letting me to finish my sentence and continue to cut down my words.

We had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and kind, ensuring that every patient was assisted properly. The process was also very fast and everything was well-organized, and they attended to our needs immediately. Also the student package promo is a great initiative. It makes healthcare services more accessible and convenient for students. Highly recommended! ❤️

Advertised that they open at 6am. But when you get there they will say that xray will start at 9:30. Rad tech comes at 9:35 and did not even know where the key is to the xray room and still has not set up. Got there at 6 am and the front desk told me that the doctor is on his way, guess what at 10:00 am the doctor is still nowhere to be found! The doctor on the way from where? From outside the country? Lol. The only plus side is their front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. But that’s it

The client service is excellent! From obtaining the services required by the consumers to providing personal care while inside the facility to releasing requested services. I'll definitely come back and recommend them to others in need.
