TWO WAY MEDICAL CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I went to Healthway Manila today at Sept.18 . I got there five minutes before 2 pm. I asked the guard about the time the doctor would be in. He said at 3 pm. I waited for my number to be called by the receptionist. After then, another young receptionist assisted me to have a seat. I overheard the nurses whose station was near to where I was seated that the doctor will be in at 3:30 p m. I still waited. At 3:31 the doctor came. There were only two patients waiting for her. She took the first patient. I still waited . An hour passed and still the doctor was with a patient. I couldn't believe that it would take that long. I have been waiting for two hours and a half. It was quite a long wait. I still have to go back to work. I was so anxious to have my turn but I can't wait anymore for a longer time. The nurses were busy chatting and were not aware that that a patient had been waiting for too long. I wasn't even told that the first patient will take time.. I walked out disappointed. My time and money were just wasted .

I went to the clinic yesterday because I needed my ears looked at. I wasn’t sure what to expect from them but I left my mind open. I told the doctor (E.N.T.) that I had tinnitus for several years & tried medication for it and had no success with any decrease ringing in my ears. During the exam it was determined that I had an ear infection along with a sinus infection. I was given 3 prescriptions. It’s now the next day & after 12hrs & two doses of the medication I have 50% decrease of the noise in my ear! The infection is in my left ear, but the noise was so loud I thought the tinnitus was in both ears. I’m hoping after several years of ringing ears, my problem might be solved! I almost never give 5 stars on a review, but this Doctor deserves it! I’m very happy so far!

We've always loved Healthway for its organized medical practices and systematic operations. The Manila branch was our first branch (way back when it's still inside Robinson's) Staff is really approachable most especially the security guard. They have almost complete services which makes it convenient for patients; no need to move around to different places. There is a parking lot just across the street, you can also use the mall parking which is just few minutes walk.

Went here to do a last minute drug testing. The cut off was at 3pm but they willingly accommodated me 15 minutes before. My flight was that night so they offered to prioritise my test result. The clinic is small but clean. Don't forget to take a mask with you as they won't let you in without it otherwise.

Efficient staff, a clean environment, clear communication from reception, attentive and empathetic care, and a positive, patient-centered experience. One of the best OPD Clinics.
