They have a good process in place, which should make the issuance of medical certificates relatively fast and smooth. However, in my two visits to this LTO branch, they seem to cause a bottleneck at times. In one of my visits, I observed that someone kept on going back to the staff, which he prioritized every time, disrupting the flow of transactions of other customers/applicants. On my second visit, they had a problem with the printer. Other than that, I think the waiting time is tolerable, especially considering the large number of people that this branch caters to. At the time of this review, the fee for the medical certificate is PHP 600.
