That's for wasting our time and for making us go there back and forth. Also, your facilities are trash, your "doctor" that y'all have been calling doesn't even have proper hygiene and some staff who had an attitude to my wife you all don't deserve to be in your position, you all have no empathy and are not professional. Why don't you just shut down? You don't even deserve that 1 star, if there would be a zero that's what you will get.

Waste of time. Setting appointments that are always late. Doctors are always late. You will probably die waiting. No BIR RECEIPT. A piece of paper is only provided. No aircon and the electric fans are turned off.

The person at the counter was very unprofessional. I accompanied my mom to get a checkup earlier and she has a skin allergy but it's not contagious based on her derma. The attitude of the woman at the counter who has many rings and is a bit chubby earlier showed disgust at the patient's case was very disrespectful! We didn't go there anymore because that's the attitude of the workers there so what else can we expect from the service. Not recommended

You wasted so much time, we were there at 6:30, your schedule was 10am, then you took payment and then canceled it! That's an emergency! You guys are terrible!

You are wasting people's time..go away..many of us have heard that doctor is always late....payment first before procedure is done..it's good that it was refunded but...
