Find another hospital, not this one. This hospital and their doctor is terrible. Hospital is not transparent with the doctors fees and even with the mode of payment. Imagine paying more than 3K for a doctor who's only available online thru Viber. And this other doctor, Doctor Rico Estalilla, who is rude and is charging 5,500 pesos for a consultation. They didnt even inform us how much is his doctors fee from the start. Bastos. Mukhang pera.

It was great. The staff kept me entertained while the doctor was treating my wound, helping me stay comfortable and not feel the pain as much.

Was not expecting much due to the reviews, but my consultation with Dr. Que went great! She was very clear with her explanations, and showed care during the consultation. I will likely be coming back here for future consultations.

I would highly recommend this hospital. I truly appreciate the staff—their friendliness and constant willingness to help made a big difference.

My sister was confined at St Claire’s last Wednesday for diabetes complications. ICU for two days, then to regular room the third day. I know it’s a private hospital so I arranged transfer to Ospital ng Makati for the rest of her care including amputation if necessary. The bill on the third day was P158,000 so I advised them to pay and get out of there quickly. There’s only less than P100,000 cash my bro-in-law had ready but billing did not allow promissory note on top of that so that means my sister was stuck there until all was paid. No philhealth was allowed, therefore no discount. PF should be paid in cash. There were six Drs involved. Cardio convinced my sister and my bro-in-law to just have everything done in the hospital since they couldn’t leave anyway since they couldn’t pay the whole bill. See their style? My sister was told Friday that they will do debridement of wound the next day Saturday, Monday is scheduled for angiogram. Asked my sister not to worry because it’s free at another hospital because have made arrangements. So I thought, ok, that’s fast then, by Tuesday my sister can go home and I will call my colleagues if arrangement of amputation can be made at osMac. None of the procedures discussed by cardio took place. No explanation. My sister was left in the dark not knowing why debridegment did not happen as discussed. Saturday rounds was done by proxy endo. I wasn’t able to talk to endo my sister was probably sleeping when she came. No rounds Sunday. Pulmo Dr made rounds Monday early morning and my bro-in-law arranged for us to talk. His explanation was there’s brewing blood infection so they started iv antibiotics but couldn’t explain why angiogram was deferred. My bro-in-law, upon our prodding, was waiting for billing to open that Monday morning to pay for the outstanding bill and get out of st Claire’s. When proxy endo made rounds also Monday morning, she explained that the cleaning will be done that day later. I told her patient has been there for 5 days without any wound cleaning and we have already arranged for her to get out of there that Monday to transfer to osMac. She didn’t want patient to go until cleaning is done. I asked to please let my sister go NOW!! She said yes but cleaning has to be done. I refused because the bill will keep building so I asked if she could,’please discharge patient. The patient was discharged after st Claire’s staffs spoke to a Dr at osMac, late afternoon. Whew!!! It’s Holy Week which means they’ll keep patient there this week until after Holy Week to do discussed procedures and guess what the bill would be when all the drs come back from holy week vacation? Don’t include angiogram yet and debridement and amputation. That will probably be close to P1M, I’m guessing. They should be investigated in quad com hearing. They’re not concerned about patient’s welfare at all. I am so mad.
