SORMED DIAGNOSTIC CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Wormed Med Diagnostic Clinic in Sorsogon. The delays in releasing laboratory results have caused significant inconvenience. Many patients are left waiting for long periods, and the overall process is extremely slow. This repeated back-and-forth has disrupted our schedules, and instead of being deployed to work as planned, we experienced unnecessary delays solely because the clinic could not release the results on time. Such inefficiency affects not only our time but also our professional commitments. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues promptly and improves their system, turnaround time, and overall service quality.

The examining physician was unnecessarily mean. I wasn't given a chance to discuss my concerns. She was not paying attention to my answers in the medical history. My BP, temperature, etc was not measured but there are values recorded in the medical form.

Poor service!

The service here is slow, you can't get medical treatment here, it's still taking a while for the results to be released, the hours say it's 2:30 and it hasn't been released yet, we've been here for a few hours and it's still not there
