The staff told me that i will get the result within the day, i decided to go back the next day hoping and making sure that i'll get the result but i was so disappointed, i waited an hour because the staffs are waiting for "someone" who will sign the paper/my results. How hard it is to sign the paper and do your job? People there doesn't seem like they care, very incompetent.

The staff, especially the girl at the counter, has an attitude. She doesn’t seem pleased to answer customers’ questions. She speaks in an annoyed tone and always looks grumpy.
