From my experience, I would suggest seeking medical services from a facility that operates more efficiently. While this branch may look clean and not overcrowded, the system in place is frustratingly slow and leaves customers with many unanswered questions. I had to wait for almost an hour before being attended to, with no explanation provided—just a repeated instruction to “wait.” The lack of transparency made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Even after getting inside, I expected the process to improve, but it didn’t. One of the administrative staff left to give a report somewhere (based on what I overheard), which seemed to leave both customers and their coworkers in a difficult position. There are plenty of other medical facilities that are faster and more organized. Waiting the whole afternoon here felt like a waste of time. I hope this branch can work on better communication, transparency, and efficiency to create a better experience for future customers.
