ICU security guards are being inhumane. Family members waiting to see their loved ones are being treated unreasonably. Security guards are telling them not to sleep (which is understandable), but taking away the chairs because they "need them for something tomorrow" is unacceptable. Chairs are clearly meant for family members so they can be present when needed, such as for providing medications or other urgent support. Please ask your staff to show kindness! People there are already going through very difficult times. Treating them this way only adds to their pain and burden. This is a very disappointing way of handling such a sensitive situation. DO BETTER!

We feel comfortable and cared. Nurses and staff as well as the employess are kind, rooms are affordable and clean. Generally the service is good.
