SAINT ANNE MEDICAL CLINIC - LUCENA – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I was hospitalized last July 2-4, 2020 due to high blood cause of high cholesterol. In time of our situation because of the pandemic, the Covid 19, the hospital have strictly followed the instructions. If you will be hospitalize, no one will assist you except their nurses and doctors. I salute to the hospital, its cleanliness and orderliness. They will take care of your needs. I easily get well. Thanks God.

this is the worst hospital for critical patients and I'm not writing this because of hate or whatsoever, but when we got to the hospital despite of our the given warning of her condition to the nurses and obvious physical signs that there is something wrong and it's not normal, the nurses has no sense of urgency thinking that my mother was just tired but in reality, she's about to go in a serious unconscious state due to stroke. The Doctors and nurses has nothing to do due to the loss time, it could have been different if in the first place they knew what is happening and they gave us a wrong evaluation of the condition that led to loss of time. We could have transferred her into a different hospital but no one saw what was wrong until it's too late and the nurses rounds to check the patients are not regular although I understand that there are many patients across rooms. The Devices are not that accurate that they needed to rely on manual and the infusion pump always fail. If anyone ever had an emergency situation, always choose to be with them or choose a private room because you are the only one who know what is normal and what is not. Its better to be at their side no matter what happen because whoever's reading this, you know more about him/her than the nurses or doctors. You'll know and feel if there is something wrong that they could not see.

Kudos to all staff in this Hospital you can really felt that they care and empathize for their patients.

if anyone would read this,just remember that we can always find money but we can't find another life for our love ones and relatives...St.Anne is the 2nd WORST HOSPITAL IN LUCENA CITY...! BETTER GO TO MMG,MCDH AND LUDGH if you were in a situation....! The nurse stations were not capable in urgent call of the patients...! They are not doing their regular checking of their patients unless you will go to them and ask for assistance,although they're friendly. We're in the private room at that time, what more if we're not? That's our experience in this hospital. So tragic....

very courteous and competent staff, evident from the moment you set foot in the hospital. from the security guard, housekeeping, admin employees, nurses and doctors. facilities are at par with those found in hospitals in the metro. this coming from a doctor herself. excellent services! :)
