I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. Patients are rushed without proper care or attention, and the staff seem more focused on finishing quickly than actually helping. The atmosphere feels cold and uncomfortable, there’s no sense of compassion or concern. Definitely not a place I’d want to go back to.
I gave birth to both of my sons at Anda Riverview Medical Center — in 2014 and 2023. Both times, I was with Dr. Esperanza Rosales. She’s calm, witty, and very patient. Even when my first baby had a cord coil, she helped me stay relaxed and I had a normal delivery. I also told my sister to give birth here. Same doctor, same great care. We both had normal deliveries and felt well taken care of. The nurses also helped care for our babies while we were recovering. My mom had surgery (TABSO) here in 2023, also with Dr. Rosales. Everything went smoothly. This is the best hospital we’ve been to in Davao. We’ve tried others, but we always come back here. The hospital keeps improving — new building, new lab test center, and they now have a CT scan. Billing was clear, HMO was accepted, and you get to take your pillow home. Thank you to the whole team!
Poor postpartum service, what's important is the money, not the patient... it's good that we changed the hospital for our newborn child... expensive and not pleasant
Had a really good experience. My sister was seen fast and the ENT doctor was very nice and attentive. Pharmacy was also available in the entrance so my sister was able to get her prescription fast. It is in the expensive side but you get what you paid for. I highly recommend this place as long as you can pay for it.
Overpriced yung mga laboratory , pero accommodating sila pag na admit ka but the prices are astronomically overpriced 9/10 for services during admission 1/10 for fees (overpriced) IE. Normal urinalysis usually cost 300+ , the facility would mark up those price by twice magiging 600
