RH TOLENTINO MEDICAL SERVICES – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

Arrived without an appointment and obtained my medical certificate (for LTO driver’s license) in less than 30 minutes. Presented my ID, filled out forms, they took measurements and conducted vision tests. I paid 500 PHP and received a printout and receipt of my LTO approved health certificate. The nearby LTO accepted my health certificate without issues.
