The Support team on email is very responsive. Helpful with assisting me with my NBI Clearance delivery BUT the downside is that FSI does not have a track and trace system. I hope they can provide that in the future.

Worst Courier ever, unresponsive, contact number attended/no coverage area, when you contacted the line, they will suddenly hang you up, They should be remove from NBI Clearance delivery service. They are just causing delay and bad reputation to NBI.

The email team updated me every step that was happening to deliver my documents. Thank you for helping me out as I thought I was already scammed. Kuddos.

Easy to renew online but delivery took a while probably because of the holidays. Customer service also answered quickly.
