My 87 year old mother was admitted Tuesday till Sunday October 7-13-2025 The Nurses were so kind and caring to their patients! I love their warm and caring attitude; every one of them always have smiles and friendly faces any day and any night or whenever they do their rounds to check on Mom! Also they provided good meals for the patients (Considering hospital food) Thank you for your great work! My mother is doing good! We appreciate all the Nurses and staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not sure why the 1 star reviews because we found the pricing and service here to be exceptionally good. If you want good medical treatment from well trained medical professionals then it's going to cost. Your health is worth the price! The staff at PRI were well educated, informative, reasonable and above all they cared and the results from the surgery were fabulous with minimal scarring. They don't yet have the full range of services but they do have is equal or better than Medical City Clark This could be one of the best hospitals in the city.
This hospital’s price gouging crosses the line into truly unethical territory. The amount they charge for basic medical care and supplies are outrageous, and it’s astonishing that they’re still allowed to operate. Anyone working here should be ashamed to be part of such a greedy, exploitative business! Frankly, this is probably the worst hospital in the region — avoid it at all costs.
What an absolute rip-off company. The way this hospital overcharges patients is shocking, yet they continue to operate as if it’s normal. The greed on display is unbelievable, and it’s no surprise that many doctors refuse to run their clinics here. They clearly put profit far above patient care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Went here November, 2022 at 2am, they were open, no wait (obviously not many people there). Competent workers, safe, everyone wore masks. I had strep and got blood drawn (and swabbed for covid), my results back and explained to me in English, and there was even a pharmacy where I got my antibiotics, all done within an hour. Impressive! I think there was a small charge for the emergency room. By American standards, this place has amazing prices. Looks like a proper hospital during the day, but functional even in the middle of the night. Thank you so much doctors and nurses for seeing me and helping me so quickly! You're the best!!!
