They go above and beyond their service! The staff (doctors, nurses, nurse aids, people in the billing and cashiers, staffs) are all very kind and helpful. Never had I heard them answer my query with "Hindi ko alam" which I always hear in bigger hospitals in the metro. Kudos to everyone!! ♥️

Very expensive, not equivalent to the services rendered. Barely 24 hours and gastric issues only but bill run up to 55k, something like 45 k after SC discount. Had to sign a waiver to be discharged, otherwise, they had all the seemingly unrelated tests queued and IV meds na pwede naman na tablets which cost maybe 20x cheaper (e.g.omeprazole). Patient was admitted almost 10PM and had to nag the nurse to ask doctor to see us sooner to at least let us know what patient's condition was based on the several tests they took. Finally, doctor visited at almost 2PM ,for barely 15 minutes and his PF was 12k.. SHOCKED.. Alam namin room rate lang PF ng mga doc for their daily rounds esp wala namn sya ginawa except interpret the lab test results. And patient's case was very minor afterall, .

Worst hospital in Apalit! The nurses are unprofessional. My mother got confined due to asthma attack, ofcourse she had a difficulty in breathing and makes some wheezes but those nurses in this hospital, instead of helping her, they imitated her sound and mock her. My mom even reported the pain in her IV site but the nurses on duty did not do anything till it got swelled up. My mother noticed that the IV is dripping so fast and reported it but seems like the nurse intetionally did it and did not correct it. My mom has an history of heart failure, fast dripping of an IV will be too much for her and will result to overload, no wonder she experienced palpitations and her BP won't get down even though they gave her already the medicine for it. This hospital will just gonna rip your wallet. Not to mention the private room is so expensive, we thought since we took my mom in private room the service will be great but the room, service and quality of care is two thumbs down. Don't take your love ones here. If only we can know the names of those nurses we will sue them for negligence and malpractice.

Very expensive compared to the service they offer. The price of medicines goes up to 10x compared to outside drugstores. Some nurses are not willing to help or assist. Doctors are not always visiting but take fees too much. They are also gatekeeping the opportunity for us to ask for help from some government agencies or offices because they do not want to provide the requirements we need.
