DON’T GO HERE! Last week, I visited one of DOH PEME accredited clinics, Philippine Medical Tests System. I informed the doctor that I have an irregular menstrual cycle, and I was advised to undergo a TVS ultrasound. My concerns are as follows: 1. Whether not undergoing a TVS ultrasound would affect my employment status. 2. I will be receiving a health card in Thailand, which will allow me to have the ultrasound there, consult with an OB-GYN, and obtain any necessary medication. Therefore, I do not see the need to undergo the ultrasound locally. 3. My employer would like me to start work as soon as possible and has no issue with my irregular menstrual cycle. Moreover, when I respectfully asked if the TVS ultrasound requirement could be waived, the doctor mentioned that had I not raised the question and simply submitted an ultrasound result, he would not have required me to consult a pulmonologist (to whom he referred me personally). My chest X-ray result from their clinic states: Radiographically Healthy Chest. Just because I had an asthma due to pollen that only happened one time. You are requesting additional requirements one by one, which is concerning. If I needed all these additional tests, these should have been communicated to me in full last week, prior to my submission of the documents. Please check other reviews. Lesson learned: I should have simply stated that my menstrual cycle was regular. LOL
Location has already moved from Mindanao Avenue to Tomas Morato corner Sct. Rallos. Visiting Mindanao Avenue location had the guard there redirect us to new location. Please update the address in your website, documents, and related websites to avoid unnecessary travel. Otherwise, processes were straightforward. Php 1700 - Oral Prophylaxis Php 1200 - MMR Vaccination Some lab tests may have you redirected to other clinics.
Your management should put up an appointment system so you can anticipate how many people are going to be in the clinic for the day. It took me three days to finish a process that only takes 3 hours in other clinics if you go early. I gave up nung hindi nila mahanap yung papel ko haha I just went to another clinic to get my medical done because I was wasting so much time already and they can't guarantee the quick release of my results. That's 2.5k down the drain. Management should also invest in proper document tracking if you often lose papers/mix up results. Also, bawat kibo may bayad. Be sure to bring your own ballpen, mask (this is free in other clinics), id picture (also free in other clinics, since they just need it for your med cert) and get your documents (contract, passport) photocopied. Idk why they require a photocopy of your contract, medyo delikado when it comes to data privacy imo. Regarding customer service, mabait naman yung ibang staff and they really try to help, may iba lang na condescending makipag-usap, akala siguro hindi professional yung kausap nila lol. No matter what the profession, dapat maayos pa rin ang pakikitungo and may patience since you are in healthcare. Not sure why this clinic is still getting positive reviews on Google to be honest. Such a waste of time, energy and money.
Clinic, but always take long close when holiday. Staffs just have fun when they working, doesn’t care about their clients. Test result release so slow and always have problem
PMTS is our go-to place for medical tests. Their service is always exceptional; our test results come back extremely fast, and they are very flexible with requests, such as sending our documents via LBC (very convenient for us living in Mindanao). The staff is also really helpful and easy to talk to. They’re always there to answer our questions and make the whole process smooth. I always recommend this center to my friends and family. Thank you, PMTS team!!
