Line/cue for the biometrics takes so long for a patient to be accommodated. Personnel is so scarce that she also gets to accommodate customers in the pharmacy.

Actually It should be 1 star only due to the treatment of the 2 nurse (with color hair and the other with with mole on her face) to me saying "Stress ka ba sis and ganyan talaga sir wala pang nakakabasa nyan sa ganyan edad mo!" . However thanks to Nurse Ems who pacify me and shows empathy to the situations. I really appreciate her kindness and you should hire more nurse like her and not the 2 nurses that I mentioned.

Complete Blood Count with Platelet Count c. ABO and Rh Typing d. Routine Urinalysis e. Routine Stool Examination f. Chest X-ray (11 x 14 plate size) g. Visual Acuity (Far and Near Vision) / Color Perception h. Audiometry (Pure Tone -Air Conduction) i. Dental Examination j. Serum Pregnancy Test (for female applicants) k. 12-Lead ECG l. Drug Test (THC/MET) m. RPR and/or TPHA (VDRL)

If you need to get bloodwork done (CBC), I do not recommend going to this place because the med tech here is not very good in extracting blood. The picture attached shows where my blood was extracted after more than a week.
