Don't come on Mondays 'cause it's "Check-Up Day" for the 'rest of the population'. 😅 And Mondays are also when the doctors have a lot of meetings, says one of the assistants. I came as per referral of Coron District Hospital. I thought it was going to be quick. No, it wasn't. Together with the rest, I had to go through the main Health Office for consultation and then request by one of the doctors for the exam I was supposed to do. While having my BP (blood pressure) taken, a mom came in with her daughter who was ill with fever and dizziness. It was this same assistant taking my BP, who, instead of addressing the patient's concern, turned them away, and told them to go to the hospital. It made me sad to see them walk away hoping to find immediate relief, but found none just because there were a lot of patients already. I hope to see some improvement on that matter. Anyways, they give free face masks if you don't have one. They need better and more waiting benches for patients.
