Most of the doctors and nurses in this clinic are accommodating, kind, and genuinely assist patients in every way they can. From the moment I entered the facility, the guard and the reception nurses were very welcoming. They patiently assisted me even as an HMO patient, which I truly appreciate. The OB-Gyne, Endocrinology, X-ray, and Laboratory teams are also professional and pleasant to deal with. What I appreciate the least is the long waiting time. The queue usually takes a minimum of three hours, which can be quite challenging for patients. I would also like to raise a concern regarding a lady doctor from the Family Medicine department. In both of my encounters with her, she was noticeably rude, unapproachable, and at times offensive. I am unsure if it was just my personal experience, but I hope this matter can be addressed, as it affects the overall image and quality of service of the clinic. It is unfortunate, because the rest of the staff deliver excellent care and service.
POOR SERVICE! Attitude receptionists and the people at the nurse station. Always poker face. Not accommodating. ZERO TO NO RESPONSE in their Viber channel. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THESE BAD REVIEWS SO ACTIONS CAN BE DONE.
The place itself is nice - spacious and not crowded. That being said, the service here is unbearably slow. Despite not being busy, it takes so long to get served. Right when I walked in, the guard asked me what my business is, what kind of doctor I’m looking for, what I need to have treated - all very invasive considering they only need to give me a number to queue. I was the only one queued, the receptionists weren’t doing anything yet I waited over 15 mins to be called. I left before being called because this really wasn’t worth the wait. I also had my APE done here earlier this year and the results took forever. The nurse said she already submitted my results but the encoders take long. What other clinics take 24 hrs to prepare, this branch took over a week
The queueing process is too long and unnecessary. you will fill out manual forms even as returning patient. Imagine going there for anti rabies vaccine and filling up the same form 7x and falling in line for an hour each visit just to get vaccinated. other hospitals and clinics can do this in a few minutes.
Very convenient location for me and the entire place is spacious and clean. Doctors may not always be on time but that seems to be the same thing anywhere else. I once had a not so nice experience with one of their doctors here and emailed the manegement about it. They responded right away, asked to meet me so I could tell them about the experience and afterwards, they apologised and promised to correct the issue. I have not had any experiences with delays of lab tests and xrays.
