MEGACARE MEDICAL SERVICES INC.- BULACAN – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

Had the worst experience ever. I dont know if ganito din sa iba nilang branch or sadyan ganito lang mga employees in this branch. I had my medical this week. i paid for 450pesos. then nag fill up ako ganon. then nag ask sakin yung guy, whats my weight, height etc. so ako naman, sinagot ko lang kung ano yung last na weight saka height ko. i clearly said " not sure po pero 5' po ata" but he decides na ilagay is 5'2. i mean dun palang sa part na yon, ang off na. Hindi ba dapat mag weight ako then icheck yung height & everything, but no. They just ask me then put it in my med certificate. Ang mas worst pa is, the doctor is shouting at me, im not even exagerating. he was clearly shouting at me & everybody hears it like its normal. He kept saying kesyo "ano ba??! pabasa ulit" etc like that. I swear if i hadnt kept my cool that day i wouldve burst out & shout at him back for not giving respect to people. He shouldve atleast have a decency as a doctor & me as a patient. i didnt paid ₱450 pesos to get shouted at & just type the things i said. i really hope the employee's will change their attittude towards the costumers.

The doctor was very rude (if that's what you call a doctor). I just asked what he said because he was talking so fast that I could barely hear what he was saying and then he yelled at me to get out. As in literally yelling. I was almost frozen for a few seconds in disbelief. This is the first time that I have received this kind of treatment and based on the feedback I've heard, I'm not the only one who has experienced this. This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They should be given a -10.
