I’d like to express my disappointment with the customer service and staff at Medtrust. I understand that everyone has their own personal struggles, but it felt like most of the employees were carrying heavy attitudes, which negatively affected their interaction with patients. One particular incident that upset me involved the bald staff member handling the X-ray. As I entered the X-ray room, I began removing my belt to avoid any interference with the scan. Instead of calmly instructing me, I was met with a harsh tone and was told, “Wag muna tanggalin! Tsk.” It felt very unprofessional and dismissive — as if I was being scolded for something so minor. Additionally, the front desk staff were not accommodating. They repeatedly gave times for when the results would be available, but when I tried to clarify or ask questions, I had to repeat myself multiple times before I was acknowledged. After finally being told to return at 1 PM, I arrived on time only to be informed that the results would be released at 3 PM instead. This inconsistency can severely affect patients, especially those with scheduled doctor’s appointments that rely on those results. I hope these concerns are taken seriously. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
