last week I visited Meditrust Diagnostic, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. During my blood extraction, I didn’t feel any pain, which is impressive since I usually need two or three attempts before they can get a sample. The male staff was incredibly skilled and gentle.Even though the clinic was about to close, they were still kind enough to accommodate me without any rush or hassle. The clinic was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I highly recommend Meditrust for their excellent service and professionalism!

We had our annual check-up last Friday, and the experience was smooth. The staff was accommodating and efficient, managing to assist more than a hundred of us despite having a limited number of personnel per station. Each employee was given forms to fill out, ensuring that all personal details were provided directly by the patients themselves rather than the staff.

The other day i had my blood extraction the person's name is Janina naka maroon. she did a very poor job at taking my blood it took her more than twice to get my blood!!!! and nag kamali pa ng NAME and DATE sa paper!!! she did this to more than 5 of us. very unprofessional these are important documents NEVER AGAIN! i never experienced this sa Makati Med. I Hope management see's this. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Poor planning on their part since I specifically requested days in advance for drug testing to be performed for my helpers on a specific day, assuring me that this can be done -- only to discover that their system/equipment reads "error". How do they conduct business in this way boggles the mind..
