Unprofessional. Yung baklang nurse sa Emergency was unnecessarily rude & cocky. I was genuinely curious about something, I asked nicely then he answered with sarcasm instead of educating me in a right manner. My father's(the patient) phone was low-batt, I looked for a charging station but the nurse offered his. Upon claiming, it wasn't charged at all, but he then asked pa kung na-full ba. Obviously intentional to mock me. Why mock people even at their vulnerable position?! Even in a hospital where you suppose to help people.
The worst private hospital. Took my son in and the security guard outside didn't even bother to help and mind you it was raining really hard and as soon as we got inside the people at the front gave us a phone number to call to book for appointment. Are you serious? Isn't that what your supposed to do? Help your patients? RIDICULOUS! IF YOU NEED HELP, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
We are well cared by Dr. Francis from Emergency Room, he explained everything in detailed, well done keep up the good work Doc! Nurses were also friendly, just a little slow in admitting an emergency case.
The service is too slow and pricey. My sister got an allergy, and we don't know what the cause is. We decided to go to Ace Medical Center because it's the nearest hospital to our home. But when we arrived at the ER, you need to sign at the entrance? Wait, what? It's the Emergency Room! You need to fill out forms first. By 12:12 am, we had already finished signing. They checked my sister, and the nurses and doctor were just waiting. I don't know why they were waiting; it's the emergency room. At 1:05 am, that's when she was given steroids and allergy medication. I mean, it's already been an hour before they took action. In the meantime, while waiting, I stayed outside the hospital. And guess what I saw? Beside the building, all of the trash bins filled with hospital waste were just left there outside, being taken out one by one by one of their staff. Of course, there's exposure to serious diseases that can infect other people or be breathed in by others, especially those with weak immune systems. This hospital is not in order. 🤮 It's a disgrace to other reputable hospitals, and it tarnishes the reputation of other doctors as well. People are losing trust because not only is your service slow, but you also charge high fees.
It was a very unprofessional experience. We were panicking and didn’t know what to do because our mother was coughing up blood. When we tried to explain the situation and asked for guidance—since they are the medical professionals and know what to do—they responded in an angry and defensive manner, saying, “So what do you want us to do?” We had already decided to have our mother admitted, but they still weren’t taking any action. She was just sitting there, clearly in discomfort, with a headache in addition to coughing up blood. When we asked why she wasn’t being assisted or made to lie down, we were told they were waiting for a room to become available due to a pending discharge. If that was the case, we wish they had informed us right away, so we could have looked for alternative immediate care instead of wasting time. To make matters worse, one of the nurses became confrontational and even started taking down our names, saying she would report us. Just because we showed frustration om what is happening.
