I scheduled an OB-GYN appointment at 12 PM today for a 2–4 PM slot and arrived at 3 PM. I gave my details to the nurse and was told to wait. After an hour, I still wasn’t called. The nurse was just on her phone at the desk, and there were already very few people left in the waiting area. When I followed up, the nurse realized she hadn’t given my papers to the doctor, who had already left. I had been waiting for an hour, and all I was given was an apology and told to come back Tuesday. I specifically scheduled for today because I’ll be in Cebu next week. My time was completely wasted.

I had my APE here and it was such a great experience. The staff assisted us very smoothly, and even though it was a Saturday, I was able to complete all my tests early without waiting too long. The results can’t be claimed on the same day—you’ll be given a date to claim them—but for me, the whole process was still fast and smooth. The staff are very friendly, and their hotlines are available during office hours to answer any questions or concerns.
