Trust what the others say. They really have poor service.

poor service not recommended..not even clean Cr. The trend is to spend money even if there is no medical problem. I don't know if you have any problems with JB. Just avoid that medical clinic..

Very rude staffs especially the girl at the front desk. They are giving the impression that they don't want to entertain people. Affordable prices but will not recommend because of bad experience. There are more accommodating laboratories out there.

Bad experience in this clinic. Here are the reasons why: 1. The front desk asked for the price of the tests/laboratories I would get, and sighed as if it was too much for them to ask for the price list. 2. Staffs are not approachable except for X-Ray staffs 3. They made me wait and had me call the patients one by one, only to be told that the med techs were not there, they didn't even bother to tell me that the medtech was not there. 4. They said that I would get the results in the afternoon and when you go back to get them, there were no results because the printer wasn't there yet. 5. They said that they would just text and inform me if the results were printed but I didn't even receive a text. If you haven't gone to the clinic yet, you won't know that there are results, they are not busy because you can see that they are just talking. Please improve your customer service. It will be my first and last time using your service.
