I was not a patient there..

Very time consuming. Blood extraction is only at 7am. So even though I'm from Cam Sur, I need to travel early in the morning. If you go past 7am, you won't get blood drawn. Then the doctor will call you at 5pm. NEVER again. Then all I need is the APE result, they sent me back 5 times. Every time I went back, I had to be there at 7am. Then they took my blood 4 times. The one who took the blood was super kind but the one at the desk was rude. The waiting area was hot. I had no choice because they were the only ones accredited by Cocolife.

If you're fasting and getting a blood test, it's better to go to a big hospital. The staff there are very polite and open at noon, as your stomach will be full of hunger before you open. They say it's 7 am but at 8:30 there's still no one to take blood.

Not recommendable! Some staff are rude, not accommodating. Some equipment is a bit outdated, always need a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Go and have your check-up and tests at other clinics and hospitals if you have a lot of spare time.

I will rate it, 1 star, the guard and other staff there were well behaved, one thing I didn't like was the ENT doctor I had checked up with, he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't explain to me what caused my throat to swell, was it serious or nothing to worry about. I wanted to raise questions to her but her presence and the way she looked at me seemed to be reluctant or in the mood. We paid for a consultation, please don't let the patient out the door with more questions about his health problem, and be approachable.. we waited for you for a while, hopefully it was worth the wait. Unlike other doctors they asked what else they asked or clarified, because the consultation fee is not just a fee.. thank you, and God bless
