HP MEDICAL AND ULTRASOUND CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

The procedure was well-organized, but they definitely need more doctors for physical exams. I had to wait almost 3 hours despite arriving in the morning.

If i can rate it negative i would. The attitude of the staffs are rude. They yell at you for no reason, just because you couldn't fill up a drug test bottle. Grabe pala mamahiya yung isang staff jan.

If I could give a negative star review, I would, coz that would be more appropriate. I reached out via email to schedule an appointment, and they instructed me to call the clinic directly since I’m using an HMO. I tried calling both of their numbers several times, but no one answered. They would respond via email saying they are “looking into it” and “will coordinate with the branch,” but nothing ever happened.

I am here today and arrived 7am now it's already 8am but im still waiting for the reception to encode my records. This branch is quite busy and with a lot of patients lined up but there is only one receptionist to assist for both regular and Senior. Also, it's hot in here. Seems like the Air-conditioned are not turned on or what. Poor service unlike the branch I used to have my APE - Malolos branch.

Just so you know what to expect, this place is relatively busy in the morning, I arrived at 630 am and there were a lot of seniors already lined up for tests. I used a healthcard with ease, just make sure you bring with you your LOA or had it processed the day before, otherwise it'll take awhile since they need to contact your hmo provider first etc. Mine was a rather pleasing experience, finished blood test and xray within 15 minutes. Physical Exams starts at 8am and the doctor was on time. Finished everything by 8am. Place was clean and there were parking attendants outside. What I noticed though is that if you arrive later you'll probably need to park elsewhere or have someone drop you off instead since parking space is limited. Overall experience was okay.
