HLO DRUG TESTING LABORATORY INC - MABOLO – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I went around 1030 and got my licence renewed by 2 pm. The queue could be long but you be finished after eating lunch.

Earlier today i went in for medical so I can have my driver's license renewed. No medical check up was done, the doctor never asked me anything health related. The doctor and assistant are both smug in addressing my questions about the licensing process and gave me wrong information. I was also surprised there is a fixer inside their clinic posing as a customer giving small talks pretending to help their potential victims. Tsk tsk

10:30am I start queing in line, 3:30pm i got called for the result. HLO you better find solution for it.

How much drug test?

Bad customer service. Physician Dr. Roy (not sure of the name) and LTO staff (girl) had bad customer service, they were in a hurry, cursed/maldito even asking questions and correctness (I approach correctly and with kindness), the doctor is not kind, very arrogant when talking (should have been a professional old man). I understand they want to reach their quota that's why they want to hurry, but they didn't treat me (idk if it's just me) as a customer/client, I think judging me based from my appearance (as a kid/child teacher) not knowing backgrounds. I don't judge them why they are there maybe because of pressure and quota, idk. Nevertheless, the LTO process is easy (after the medical), the medical takes a long time, because their system (spec. Sever) is good, the staff is very good. Not being oa or onion skinned- just my take on how they handle a customer. (Was renewing my license, btw). Do better HLO Medical Clinic Mabolo Accredited by LTO, especially your Physician/staff.
