Went to get a checkup for a rash i got here's my review: * The facility is notably clean and well-maintained. * Medical service was prompt, efficient, and accurate. * Operating Hours: Conveniently open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * PhilHealth-accredited medicine is readily available on-site. * Services are surprisingly affordable. * Also has its own Pharmacy

I had my skin test done here with a pediatrician. Her clinic hours say 1:30pm and I asked the staff if the doctor will still be around 2:00pm because I’ll be coming from work. Staff said, the doctor usually leaves when there’s no patient— which I understand but I am a sure patient. They agreed that the doctor will accommodate me but I had to be there 2pm on the dot. When I arrive, the doctor was nowhere to be found. Had to wait an hour before she arrived. Imagine, the clinic hours say it starts at 1:30 and the doctor got there 3pm. To make things worse, I had to wait 20 minutes after she arrived because she was busy talking on the phone. She’s already late and she still had all the time in the world to make chika. Where’s the professionalism there? I had enough with all the excuse that doctors had to do rounds or had to do whatever they needed to do. Frankly, I no longer think being more than an hour late justifies such excuse. You are a professional. The least you could offer is an apology for wasting patient’s time.

I got here early at around 6:30. Office hours say 7:00, but the doctor is not yet here and it’s already 7:50!

Inaccurate office hours.

Had a great experience. They were very responsive on messenger even though I had a lot of questions. Upon arrival, they were very accommodating even though they had a lot of patients, and the OB assigned to me was super kind. 🙏I was well educated about my case. The place was also clean, and they are part of Philhealth's Yakap program. Thank you. 💚
