ESPLANADA MEDICAL CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

Came here for my HEPA A test needed requirements for my job. Ma’am Sharmaine Macaspac Nicdao is the one who assisted me she’s Courteous and Very Approachable THANK YOU!

I visited this location for an LTO medical exam certificate. I emailed them prior to my visit inquiring about an appointment. To my surprise, I got a reply! No Philippine medical organization has ever replied to me in an email...not even the RT-PCR test sites!! So that was shocking enough. I was told walk-ins are welcomed. I arrived 1:30 pm and was greeted immediately followed by some forms to fill out, that's standard everywhere. The office requires you wear 2 masks and a face shield, oddly though, I was the only one in the office of 8 or so other patients that was compliant. Other customers did not wear a face mask. Oh well, its better to be safe than sorry. Sat down 1 min then was called up for personal details and payment, afterwards directed to a waiting area. Seating was in accordance to Covid protocol and alcohol spray is available throughout the office and holding areas. Not even 90 seconds later I was called in for the first step of the exam. Blood pressure check, heart rate, weight, height and finally eye test. Once completed, back to the waiting area for the doctor. Called in once again immediately, about 2 min wait! things were moving along fluidly and fast. Doctor checks final details like listening to my heart and lung check and review of any prescription or conditions you might have like hypertension, medical history, etc. Printed report and out the door. The whole process did not take more than 20 min...I was very pleased with the staff and their professionalism (and having to deal with my English.) For other foreigners needing medical exams for LTO, Embassy, etc, this might be the office for you. The other locations like Pag-Asa market is over crowded and slow moving. The office here is somewhat cramp for space (Office is up the stairs, not the downstairs location,) so I highly advise their suggestion for 2 masks and face shield just for your protection and your family's protection (So you don't bring illness home)....don't be the person that puts others at risk by not wearing the proper protective gear.

Doctor and staff were unprofessional. This is my first time seeing a doctor who declined to check a patient. I'd rate this doctor and his whole clinic negative if there is one.

All the staff on the triaging area were very unprofessional; No system in place for medical; Scheduled release of documents delayed by 2 hours.
