Calling the attention of Epromed Management. I and on behalf of my colleagues who went there at LTO Paranaque dated DEC 29 2022, we’d like to share our collective personal experiences when we availed your clinic’s service. Feedback below hopefully will be taken as a constructive criticism for further improvement of your service. Cashier: Very rude and ill-mannered staff. Sarcastically responds to clients’ simple inquiry concerning the next process. Regardless of the presence of the tarpaulin guide, clients’ will most probably have further queries. Your staff stationed at that time FAILED to demonstrate basic customer service because of her displeasing personality. She was the talk of the town of other customers even outside your clinic. Pre-Assessment: On the other hand, I’d like to commend how very professional your two (2) ladies on this particular process portion. 1st staff (who collects the data sheet and executes the BP monitoring) - proactively assists all the clients by giving clear and concise summary of the process. 2nd staff (who cross checks the details within the data sheet) - very courteous and low profile professional, no wonder she knows what she is saying and absolutely knows how to talk attentively to the person in front of her.
Your cashier is rude, Helen Pascua, replace her hahaha. She doesn't speak.
