Doc Cruz was very kind however his staff who is handling phone calls is disrepectful and sarcastic to the customer.. She cannot handle pressure and put blame to the clients if she is being called for her attitude. As their client with a request, she can explain in a professional way if she cannot grant the difficult request however she decided to be sarcastic and unprofessional. I hope they had a phone recording so that Doc Cruz will hear how his staff handle the clients. I hope they will take this as good criticism.

Good service with approachable staff.

Very affordable so you will be surprised that the service is good. The staff is friendly and especially Dr. Jayson and Dr. Ilagan. No wonder why they are always full of patients 😊

100% not recommended, the arrogant doctor and staff will ignore you unless you ask first when you enter the door...

The secretaries and staff here are very kind and approachable.
