The hospital was clean, and all the staff we encountered were kind and accommodating. However, I would like to share a few observations from our 5-day stay in a private room. Given the type of room, we expected that the patient’s beddings would be changed more regularly. Throughout our stay, the linens were changed only once and only after I requested it, as there were visible blood droplets on the bedsheet. Additionally, the room was only mopped twice during the entire stay. On the morning of discharge, my brother’s hand became swollen, prompting the removal of the cannula. One of the nurses had difficulty reinserting it and called for assistance. Unfortunately, it took three unsuccessful attempts before they eventually stopped upon learning that he was due for discharge and the cannula would no longer be needed. It may be helpful for younger nurses to receive more hands-on training to build confidence and skill in cannula insertion, minimizing patient discomfort. The discharge clearance process went smoothly until the pharmacy sign-off. There was a delay because the chart was not yet with them, and once received, it had to be sent back to the nurses’ station for documentation of unused medication. This caused a 35-minute wait, which might be improved with better coordination between departments. That said, I’d like to commend the billing and cashier department. They were helpful, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Their warm smiles and professionalism left a positive impression.
Clean Hospital, nurses are very nice, private room is very basic. Stayed in the private room. No hot water in the shower. Also, I do not understand why this is the only private hospital that drinking water is not provided. You are oblige to go out to buy water.
This is a new hospital for constituent's of IlaganCity but can also accept who ever wants to ask for a medical check up or in need of hospitalisation...it is generally for the public it is at par with its facilities with that of Manila's hospital...
