We stayed in the hospital for almost a month. When my grandmother was rushed to the ER, we were first admitted to a suite room since no private rooms were available. We stayed there for about 4 days. The suite room was twice as big but also twice the price. For those planning to request financial assistance from other agencies, it’s better to stay in a private room, as assistance is usually not granted for suite rooms. We transferred to a private room as soon as one became available. My grandmother’s family doctor, Dr. Adrian Santos, showed great dedication. Even when he was off duty, he still visited to check on her, which we truly appreciated. We’re also thankful to the other doctors who took care of her. Most of the orderlies and nurses at the Hyacinth Nurse Station were very kind and caring (9/10). Other staff were pleasant, and both the admitting and billing processes were fast. The doctors were approachable and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this hospital to my friends and family.
We’re so grateful to have found Doc Jannah Jamiri. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, gentle, and grounded in her Islamic values—which gives us so much peace of mind. She genuinely listens, explains things with patience, and treats our children with such compassion. It’s rare to find a doctor who cares this deeply. Alhamdulillah for doctors like her! 💗
I honestly can’t say enough good things about our kids’ doctor, Doc Jannah Jamiri. From day one, she’s been so warm, gentle, and genuinely caring—not just with my kids, but with us as parents too. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes us, and makes sure we really understand what’s going on. That kind of patience means so much, especially when you’re dealing with a sick or fussy child. What I appreciate most is how she talks to my kids, not just about them. She helps them feel safe and they always leave her clinic smiling. It’s such a comfort knowing we have a doctor we can fully trust, who treats our children like her own. Highly, highly recommend—every child deserves a doctor like Doc Jannah Jamiri.
We’re very frustrated and disappointed with how my mother’s HMO benefits were handled during her admission in your hospital. She is covered by Icare, but the nurse and pharmacist told us the services are not covered without giving a clear explanation. This situation caused us so much stress, especially since we were counting on her HMO coverage. It seems like some of the staff are not well-informed about HMO procedures, which is unfair to patients and families who rely on these benefits. Please review my mother’s case immediately and clarify which services should be covered. We deserve a proper explanation and assistance.
Worse Hospital Ever! Next to General Hospital A complete disappointment, the IVT machine constantly malfunctions, making treatment frustrating and inefficient. There is no resident doctor regularly checking on patients—*not even one*. thank you for requesting all unnessary laboratory test, that skyrocketed our bills Despite multiple lab tests showing mostly normal results, no clear diagnosis or resolution was ever given. Medical intervention was minimal at best. For pain relief, they only resorted to makeshift hot water compresses using surgical gloves—hardly what you expect from a proper medical facility. To make things worse, the hospital seemed more interested in bleeding patients dry financially than actually providing care. The overall service is unacceptable, and the level of competence severely lacking. Save yourself the trouble—this place is a nightmare. 👎
