⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (7-Star Review) Today I visited Noon Hospital, Umm Al-Hammam, Riyadh for a dental check-up. My experience with Dr. Aisha (Dentist) was excellent and truly outstanding. MashaAllah, her way of talking to patients is very polite, friendly, calm, and highly professional. She listened carefully to my problem and explained everything in very clear and simple words. She made me feel comfortable and respected as a patient. Honestly, if it were possible, I would give her seven stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Dr. Aisha is a real asset to Noon Hospital. Unfortunately, my experience with another Egyptian dentist at the same hospital was very disappointing. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He did not listen properly and spoke in a harsh manner, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with patients. I sincerely request the hospital management to notice this difference. Doctors like Dr. Aisha raise the hospital’s reputation, while rude behavior damages patient trust. Thank you, Noon Hospital — special thanks to Dr. Aisha 🙏
I started coming here 3 years ago to fix my teeth. My dentist was Doctor Abdulrahman he made my experience here worthy, he really cared about how to actually treat and arrange my teeth. He didn’t put braces on me just because I ask but instead advices me on how to get the best results. He was thinking ahead, he really is the best and I most appreciate his hardwork and I really believe if it wasn’t him I won’t have gotten better results. Thank you so much !!
i want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Abdulrahman Hassan orthodontist his incredible work. He truly made my smile perfect again! I am also deeply appreciative of his assistant, Ate, for her kindness and consideration. She was highly accommodating when I arrived late on occasion and ensured that I was still able to be seen and receive treatment. thanks again doctor..
We have asked for sick leave report but 2 ladies sitting there's Chitchats July 23,2025 around 8:45pm said (we stopped giving the report because I just received a call from management) and she said again come tomorrow, then we are begging to give the report they treated like a trash. There's no respect and very rude, which is illogical. If there are many patients and they’re asking for sick leave report they have to give it that’s our rights, you guys need to understand that the company needs report with valid reasons.
1. *Inadequate Pain Management*: The numbing injection hurt a lot and didn’t work well 2. *Long Wait Before Treatment*: Waited 2 hours with a bleeding cut, felt neglected. 3. *No Tetanus Shot Offered*: Didn’t ask about my vaccination history or offer a shot. 4. *Rough Stitching*: The stitches felt rough, worried about scarring. 5. *No Clear Aftercare Instructions*: Left without proper wound care guidance. 6. *Cost Wasn't Explained Upfront*: Surprised by extra charges for supplies. 7. *Limited Follow-Up*: No follow-up appointment scheduled to check healing. 8. *Unclean Environment*: The treatment area looked a bit dirty, felt unsafe. 9. *No Antibiotics Prescribed*: Cut was deep, concerned about infection risk. 10. *Poor Communication*: Doctor didn’t explain the procedure or answer my questions. And the phillipine ladies watching tiktok no care
