I am very disappointed with the service when using insurance (HMO). I’ve been waiting for 7 hours, while other clinics usually process everything within 1–3 hours. I even arrived early at 8 AM to ensure I could finish quickly because I have work to attend to, yet it took almost the entire day. What’s more frustrating is seeing patients who pay in cash get prioritized and finish much earlier than those of us using HMO. This feels very unfair and unprofessional. Time is valuable, and this experience caused a huge inconvenience.
This is my 2nd time coming here — again it has slow service knowing alot of patients are coming. Imagine? 2hrs plus just to get a fit to work. Poor cmr service and assistance. Would not recommend at all.
I dont get it why people have low rating about this place. For me, this is one of the best clinics so far in Cebu. Very accommodating staff and fast result. Got there by 1pm and done with all the test by 4pm. Kudos to Dr. James for giving me medical advice as well as to the approachable staff. More power Aventus! Key points — Free Wifi and Charging Station. And RMT Ms Quilantang
The service here is spectacularly awful. Honestly, I regret ever stepping foot in this clinic. A “simple consultation” and reading results took wait for it three whole hours. Three. Hours. Bravo, truly groundbreaking efficiency. This place has to be one of the absolute worst clinics. Congratulations, you’ve set a new standard for incompetence. I’m frustrated, I’m furious, and I’m questioning all my life choices that led me here. And the cherry on top? I didn’t even sleep last night because of work, and now it’s noon and I’m still stuck in this magical wonderland of delays. Honestly, if wasting people’s time was an Olympic sport, this clinic would take home the gold.
I’d like to share my experience during my recent visit, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. The process felt disorganized, there was no screen or system to show what queue you’re in, so patients were left guessing. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. but wasn’t seen by the doctor until 11:00 a.m. Staffing also seemed very limited. The nurse station had only three staff members, and with the number of patients waiting, only one person was handling forms like medical certificates. It caused long delays and confusion. To add to that, the medical certificate wasn’t covered by my insurance, and I was charged ₱224 just for the doctor’s signature. You’re basically lost in the process unless you keep asking. In contrast, I’ve had much better experiences with Maxicare, everything is organized, and you’re seen by the doctor within 30 minutes. I hope this feedback helps improve your system and the overall patient experience.
