Not public service Clinic. LTO should accredit other Medical Clinic. They OPEN 10 am same as the time of Mall. Then Lunch Break 12 noon to 1300 pm. Then Cut off. Another Day Again! What kind of PUBLIC SERVICE and WORKING HOURS is That? And ALSO the OTHER branch in Bazaar near Cypress Cainta. CUT OFF 1 PM ALSO. Same STRATEGY.

Slow, very untimely. Best if you try some other clinics around Cainta. Not worth the wait at all.
Worst medical experience ever. Waited for about 4 hours just for an eye exam for driver license. The employees are so lazy that they seem to be waiting. Please if you have somewhere else to go for renewal, don't come here, you'll just waste your time.
The seat is broken and can cause accidents. There is a requirement for a face mask but there is a paper that says it can also transmit the virus. No social distancing if it is still implemented, it is pre-covid procedures. It would have been better if the optical shops in other places had that big accreditation for capabilities and since it is online, I can submit the documents online and just go to the office if there is a problem online. You can also pay online. It is not just cash and it can also transmit the virus. I hope they revisit the process so that those who get the license can be faster and happier.
