CAREMED MEDICAL CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I came here to apply for my student driver’s permit. Ironically, the place is quite untidy for a lab center; it resembles more of a cave or an abandoned building. There's no wifi, but the mobile data reception is stable. I don't think there's a toilet inside, but I didn't bother checking because I feel like snooping around might reveal unpleasant things, haha. The medical check-up is also expensive. I was informed that this facility is owned by the same owner as Car-Vinne Driving School. It seems to be all about business because getting a student permit requires a compulsory medical check-up here.

I came here at 3:20pm for medical required by LTO. They said it was cut off and there was no one in line... but the closing time listed on this site is 4:30.
