C & C MEDICAL CLINIC – LTO Accredited Medical Clinic

I was confined here for dengue. The female ward is clean and basic. They could have improved it better if 1. they put parting curtains for privacy 2. Lessen/monitor each ward patients visitors in respect for other people's right to rest 3. There are 5 beds and 2 ceiling fan, which is hot as i have experienced but if they put 1 ac vs having 1 fan for each bed, i think it would be a better service 4. The food are delivered 8am bfast, 11:30 lunch 5pm dinner -most of the patients are awake 6am, most hospitals deliver bfast at 6 am 🤔 5. The nurses kept asking everytime, anong complain nyo? They can rephrase that to get better answer, like, kamusta po? Ano na pong nararamdaman nyo ngayon kumpara last time, from 1-10 gaano pa po kasakit ulo, tyan (then can answer their chars better- by writing moderate pain stomach, head etc) 6. The doctors almost the same, i know maybe they're in stress as well but maybe it really takes something to be a warm doctor... 7. The cleaners are doing their job with cleanliness twice a day, its just the moping has too much flowery scent, they can tone it a little.. 8. The hospital food, has too much rice served, sayang naman pag d nauubos 9. I think my bill was inflated to match philhealths dengue coverage. (Maybe its a common practice, maybe this will fall to deaf ears, but i will still call it out, it doesn't matter if there's change or not, what matters is i do the right thing and that is my contribution to society) 10...oh i remember, they have a private room on a 3rd floor but it felt like they wanted to have everyone fill up the first floor first bec when i came no one was in the female ward,, 😞 if they knew philhealth will cover the charges i wish they had given me a better accommodation than inflate the bill to match philhealths 😔🤔 I am still thankful for the hospital nurse, doctor,cleaners, cook, admin, but if they can improve, it would be wonderful, but if not, thats on them..
