I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the poor service my child and I received at Brigino Hospital last Friday. I brought my 1-year-old child to the hospital due to a high fever. At the time, my child was extremely weak and clearly in need of urgent medical attention. Upon arrival, I was second in line and was immediately given a form to complete, which I filled out promptly to avoid any delay in treatment. Despite this, the staff at Station 1 failed to prioritize patient care. Instead of attending to us, they spent time removing decorations, chatting with coworkers, and even taking a coffee break. There were no other patients at that time, yet they showed no sense of urgency or concern for my child’s condition. This behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a hospital setting where prompt care is critical. Furthermore, when it was time to collect my child’s blood sample, the phlebotomist’s assistant was rude and unkind. Such behavior is completely inappropriate, particularly when dealing with a sick infant and a concerned parent. I chose Brigino Hospital because it is the nearest private hospital in our area, and I expected a higher standard of care, professionalism, and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. The lack of urgency, empathy, and professionalism displayed by the staff was deeply disappointing. I hope that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate actions will be taken to improve patient care and staff conduct. No parent should have to experience this level of neglect when seeking medical help for their child.
Bobo naman ng guard nyo jan.. Losing important others thing such as National ID..That's one of the most important ID..It's hard to get and waited too long to receive that kind of ID. What's the sense of giving room number to a visitor exchange of ID? Do action with this..We arrived from Antipolo just to visit our relatives in bulacan, we provided ID properly and yet you just lost it that easy😡😤
Doctors here are very unprofessional especially in terms of punctuality. They are late minimum 1 hour and max 5 hours. My husband has heart issue we have waited for 5 hours. After the check up, the Doctor advised us to buy the medicine from southstar pharmacy, it seems she will get commission out of it. And today my husband has lab test so they asked him to to do fasting. But they didn't clarify that the staff to perform the test will be arriving 9am and might be late. So disappointed that we need to go to other hospital. This kind of behavior of doctors reflects thd overall picture of the hospital. So sad that the management is allowing this. Poor Brigino, everyone speaks about it as the worst hospital because of these people.
I personally experience about their hygiene, i went for paps smear i was about to back out first assistance was very slow, the bed inside ob was wiggeling i thought im gonna fall down but the ob reliever was treated me nicely up to the HMO ( dr trinidad) the smell was horrible inside hospital i dont have a choice caz it was hard to find OB doctor's at medical city SM SJDM bulacan, lastly they posted everywhere to bring your own pen 🫣🫣🤦♀️🤦♀️
The staff here is not accommodating, often silent and showing little engagement. I recommend the hospital implement a more organized process, staff training for a professional and friendly approach, and a system for timely patient assistance. This would improve the overall patient experience.
