I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your clinic for my Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME). I understand that clinics can become busy and that patient volume may sometimes cause delays. However, the level of waiting time and lack of clear instructions I experienced went beyond what is reasonable. I waited for about an hour at reception just to be called for the next step. After that, I had to wait almost two hours just to speak with a doctor. On top of this, nearly every procedure required close to another hour of waiting before being attended to. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of clear and consistent instructions from the staff and nurses. There were instances where patients who arrived later were accommodated ahead of those who had been waiting longer, seemingly due to miscommunication or unclear queuing guidance. This created confusion and made the process feel disorganized and unfair. I have undergone medical exams in other clinics before, and this is the first time I have experienced such prolonged waiting times combined with poor patient flow management. While high patient volume is understandable, proper coordination and clear instructions would have significantly improved the experience.
This is THE WORST clinic that I have ever gone to!!! Yesterday, 11/24, I went with my son for our APE. We arrived a few minutes past 12pm, but by a little past 2pm, my son got hungry so I decided to ask how far along we are in the queue and the people manning the desks mentioned it might be a while since there were only 2 of them doing the data entry, and suggested we go get something to eat first - which we did. Before 3pm, we were back hoping it would be closer to our number already, but alas, our number were still not called by then. So we waited ANOTHER HOUR. By past 4pm, we finally got our vitals taken, and though everything went smoothly after that, it was still a FULL 4 HOURS of waiting!!! Plus the aother hour spent doing the actual procedures. The only positive thing about our experience was at least the doctor who did our physical exams, thr nurse who took our blood and the radiologist were all extremely nice and great at what they do. Unfortunately, this doesn't change the fact that we waited for a horribly long time for a few tests that took only about an hour. To add, this wasn't my first time in this clinic. One time, I decided to have my son be checked by an ENT. I wasn't sure of the doctor's schedule so I decided to go early at around 10am. When we got there, the person manning the desks said that the doctor's sched was 12-2pm. SoI was, okay that's fine. We'll just wait since we did come in early and was prepared to wait... But not for another 4 or so hours!!! 2pm came and went and still no doctor. I kept asking the front desk for an update but they couldn't provide any, just kept assuring that the doctor is coming but they don't have an ETA. We couldn't go get something to eat since we couldn't get info on the doctor's ETA and was afraid we'd miss him if we leave. He didn't arrive until almost 4pm... When he came in, no apologies at all for keeping us waiting. So yeah, WORST CLINIC EVER.
Very rude and inconsiderate guard. I’m a Muslimah with highblood and PCOS. It’s a Saturday morning so there’s really not much people. My husband is having his medical here so I asked the guard if we can wait at the reception since it’s humid outside and I cannot stay out due to my condition. He refused even though there’s literally no one sitting. He could’ve just let us sit but he asked us to leave. I will never forget this branch since no one from the reception stood for me. Mark my words. Allah will avenge for me.
There is no proper system in place. Staff are shouting callouts, and their voices are often inaudible due to face masks. They also appear to have inadequate knowledge of their own procedures, which results in wasted time. Overall, there is no clear or specific process being followed, and there is a noticeable lack of equipment needed to provide better customer service.
Companies should reconsider partnering with this clinic. The service is slow and inefficient, with no proper system in place. We waited over two hours, during which no procedure was done, and there was no proper endorsement or clear instructions given. The ticketing/queuing system is not functioning as it should—ticket numbers are not even displayed on the screen.
