The hospital has a very long waiting time, and the staff are quite slow. It should be quicker, especially in a hospital setting. It’s also quite expensive, and they even charged me for an emergency room that I didn’t use. I only went there to get a vaccine and stopped by the cashier to process my HMO, which took hours to complete it is really frustrating. I understand that the hospital is old, but they should improve their appointment system and make their processes faster. The staff were even chatting along the hallway instead of assisting patients.

ER Doctor and Nurse on duty @ 10:00am of August 26 are very accommodating and fast. The hospital is clean and well organize.

The worst hospital. Bring your loved ones to Lipa medix or Mediatrix instead

There is no appointment system, so be prepared to wait at least 3 hours each time, even for follow up.
