When my mom was in her end stage I started to look a palliative care in the Philippines I randomly searched palliative doctor, Dr. Agnes and she recommended hospice care that can support us in our home which is ACTIVCARE. Since we are in Quezon province we do most of the communication online (VIBER) and I am amazed at how they provide care even though you’re in the Province they will make a way to provide the care you need. I am thankful to ActivCare Home Health Solutions, Inc. for their exceptional service in caring for my mom, especially Nurse Rose who provided the support for my mom’s comfort her pain was managed with compassion and expertise. Only one Viber to nurse Rose and the team they responded quickly. Thank you ActivCare, Dr. Agnes and Nurse Rose for your outstanding service and for providing comfort to my mother especially when she needed it most. I recommend ActivCare.

I am an RN living in the US, as my beloved mom was diagnosed with cancer with poor prognosis in the Philippines, I know I wanted that same care that we provide to terminally-ill patients in the US for her… an end of life care with as much comfort, dignity and peace. I was so relieved and thankful to have learned about ActivCare. Dr Bausa and her Nurse Manager Ver are heaven-sent, they were able to see my mom in such short notice, devised her care with compassion, worked with me and made sure our caregiver understands the plan of care. They followed up regularly, answered promptly and helped us until the very end and even after, taking care of the paperworks needed to lay her to rest. They gave my mom and myself that peace that would otherwise wouldn’t be there if she didn’t had a comfortable and dignified end of life care. I would like thank the whole team of Active Care from Miss Rose and to the carer who look after my mom. I am beyond grateful for whole team and to Dr. Bausa who attended palliative consultation for my mom. As a nurse who work overseas and work in Palliative ward, I saw the significant of providing comfort care and attending end of life care to people with irreversible condition and who's condition have exhausted all medical treatment.
