The staff and nurses are very courteous. The doctors are high-tech and very knowledgeable. They take time to listen. I had a mammogram and the medtechs were very cautious and polite. I felt safe. They have this system where your records are all accessible by all doctors. So, after seeing an ENT, I went to my General Physician. She saw in the system what my ENT's diagnosis was and what meds I was prescribed with. All my lab and radiology results were accessible, too. It's impressive that the treatment approach can now be wholistic! I have been in SLMC - BGC and MMC, and they don't have that system! After my doctor's session, my prescriptions are just forwarded to the in-house pharmacy in that same system. I lined up in the drugstore and just waited for my name to be called, and I got my free meds (yellow card holder). Yes, I would entrust my Healthcare to Makati Life.

Good infra for a private hospital. Some parts are still under construction. Very clean and hygienic.

I am a Makati resident so I have a yellowcard. Let’s start with that. I am 37weeks pregnant as well. I was informed over the phone that despite what it says on their website, the Delivery room is not yet functional. I asked about labs over the phone and their website FAQs also said you just have to bring another hospital’s lab request. Im my case it’s from Makati Med. I went to Makati Life around 6:30am and there was already a queue to laboratory scheduling. They started to give everyone queue numbers at 8:10am. Imagine my dismay when it’s my turn and they said that their protocol if the lab request is from another hospital, you will have to be seen first by their own doctor and have the request re-requested again. 😣 No it’s wasn’t mentioned anywhere in their website and when I called over the phone. They directed me to the nurses station in the other wing of the hospital, and another disappointment was given to me - I have to wait for 3hrs to be seen or I could call their hotline and come back once I have an appointment which no one was answering the hotline and all I did was waste my time waiting. 😞 I don’t know what’s the point to being seen by another doctor and have the request move to theirs when clearly you have been seen already by a doctor.

Good benefit for Makati voters, apply for Yellow card / Makati Health Card, to avail the privilege.
